It's time to practice
We have five new classes AND a new course launching this week:
Yoga for Sports is our newest course and will include practices for you to take before and after your favourite activities. We've started with Yoga for Runners and Yoga for Cyclists, both 30 minute sessions with Claire. More sports will be added in the coming weeks. Do tell us what other sports to include ... our thoughts are to cover climbing, swimming and weight training next.
Amy has created a third Yoga for Pain and Fatigue Support practice for us. It's 60 minutes long and investigates the concept of "what is enough". You will be gently guided to listen to your physical body rather than your thinking mind.
Lastly, Emma has added a third full length practice in the Six Weeks towards Splits course. These practices are helpful for lengthening the muscles of the legs and stabilising the hips, so are another practice which can usefully be used to cross train from athletic activity which can tighten these areas.
